I am very disappointed, the level of service and quality of produkts is extremely low.
BADURA shoes are sent to the seller under the complaint. The complaint by the manufacturer, recognized meanwhile, the seller does not refund shipping costs. I do not understand what the seller is guided by when questioning the consumer's rights and thus shifting the shipping cost to the buyer? At my request for a legal basis on this issue - no answer. The amount of PLN 25 may not be shocking, but this is not how you should treat the consumer.
Great shop, shoes at the best price I found, staff very helpful.
Everything OK recommend! I will keep coming back to this store.
