The only plus is the location. There is a stench in the bathroom. Not to mention the cobwebs in the bathroom above the entrance. As I shifted the bed to get in touch I was terrified of the amount of dirt under the bed, even the old mask and uncleaned tissues. An amazing mess in the kitchen. Of course, the owner's blame on the students staying there. The price is soooooo overpriced, unfortunately I do not recommend it.

The lady owner is very nice and smiling. The tenants are a big minus, but it's not the fault of the hotel or the owner. Rooms clean and tidy. Close to the center which is a big plus. I recommend.

The value for money is mediocre, for a similar price you can find a better apartment, but it's close to the center.

Thank you for your stay, I could not thank you personally. Apartment as in the pictures, in addition very clean and well equipped. Very nice and pleasant lady owner. Playground full of toys, sandpit, trampoline and swings. The children did not want to go outside the facility. In addition, we went to nice neighbors from the neighboring house, the children had a great time. I definitely recommend families with children. If we are still in Masuria, we will definitely come by.

The price of accommodation in relation to the conditions was doubled. A neglected object - it looks as if there was an eternal renovation. Rooms on the ground floor are cold and humid. No attractions for children. Undercut neglected. For 1 night would recommend, if not a very high price. Room facilities - what would I expect at least as many plates and cutlery and glasses as there are beds. Dishes dirty and sticky in the amount insufficient for residents. Summary - never again.
