Actually, there shouldn't be any stars, because today's visit to the Deichmann store was a drama: the clerk dealt with the lady who needed the inserts for at least 10 minutes, she told me to wait, I was standing with a keychain that supposedly had to be taken with me after decontamination ... the lady did not pay attention to the fact that at the same time people were coming in without disinfecting their hands. I am a regular customer. I was embarrassed by the whole situation.

Dear Buyer - I advise against this shop, it is a place of a private farm. Employees at the checkouts can not be seen unless they suddenly jump out of the back room, at the checkout Lady with grievances why you did not tell your friend to give shoes to pair? Another matter of complaints in this store or it depends on the humor of the manager because it is apparently she personally examines the complaint or maybe that I'm not her friend. How can a store accept the same defect 3 times and pretend that it is not possible and do not feel that the guarantee has been fulfilled 3 times? A person who looks at complaints visually within 5 minutes? A joke not a shop, gruff workers, I didn't recognize the manager because she didn't deign to bother to contact me. It is also forbidden to take things off the shelves - at the cash register, in another situation, you say who let you take this bag? The ban was not what was not normal? Because you can't.
