A disastrous approach to the client, the procedure was canceled (coronavirus) - there was no phone call to close the salon, there was no more about the opening after lifting the restrictions on telephone information. Instead of a treatment for PLN 190, I was offered a treatment for PLN 130 and only after a heated discussion with the owner (the previous proposal was a massage for PLN 100). In a word, they transfer losses due to the pandemic to the client, referring to the regulations according to which the client has 3 months to use the voucher. Nobody predicted that there would be a coronavirus, but I was supposed to be a loss. The pandemic continues and, according to the owner, I have long since passed the time to use the voucher, because they have been open since May. But the threat was not over yet. It shouldn't be that I am making the losses - and I am not canceling the visit !!!! I work with clients, I am exposed to infection, I do not want to "spread" the virus, and the lady tells me that the voucher is invalid !!!! Standard regulations cannot be invoked because the situation in the world is unusual.
