I recommend this place with all my heart! Comfortable, clean and, above all, customer service at the highest level. Effective epilation, the effects are visible after the first series. Everything runs very smoothly, quickly and painlessly. There are no irritations after the treatment. Visits always on time according to the agreed date and time. I come to DuoLaser especially from Wrocław and I am very pleased with the choice of this place. :)
Over a year ago, I performed a series of laser hair removal here. I am pleased with the effect. Nice, clean lounge. The lady was very nice. Nothing hurt, only temporary warmth was felt, cooling helped. After less than an hour, there was no trace, discomfort, redness, etc.
Cabinet recommendable, atmosphere, approach to the client, professionalism. What's important for me, the day before I get a notification with a reminder of an appointment :) The effect of laser hair removal is very satisfactory :)
From my first visits to this salon I was very satisfied but for some time the interest in the customer is at zero level several times trying to arrange a new lip every time answer "no doctor tomorrow set the date and call you back" after or for tel you can wait days for months, it is the second such situation.
I called a few times, I wanted to make an appointment. Unfortunately, no one answered me. During the telephone conversation, the Lady could not specify the date of the visit.
I advise against customer service at zero level.
