The building was built around 1520 and, together with two other buildings adjacent to it, was the seat of the Fugger company, which managed the gold mines belonging to the family. They were the most magnificent buildings on the market, which are still the attraction of Zloty Stok. The aforementioned tenement house, which is especially worth seeing, rebuilt after the city fire of 1638, has retained its Renaissance layout and the Baroque facade with a magnificent gable.
