I have visited Sowa patisseries in many cities. Unfortunately, this one turned out to be very different from the quality, climate and general impression to which I was used to eating in this chain. Unpleasant atmosphere, lack of availability of items from the menu. Serving the ladies dry and unhelpful. The apple pie is dry and unappetizing. I think it was on the shelf for a long time. Two stars for the almond latte which was tasty.
