Being in this office, you can feel like in a five-star SPA.
I was with them a week ago for a foot and hand spa. I have mixed feelings, I live in the Netherlands everyday and I visit Poland on average twice a year. This was my third visit to this salon, I have been satisfied so far, but not until the last time. I was arranged for 14:30, only at 14:50 I sat in the armchair, the ladies began to agree between me how to put a paraffin, trying to say something or ask I met with a strange look from a pedicure lady, moreover during all my visit there which she extended very long, the pedicure lady did not sin with courtesy.
The ladies made my feet and hands at the same time and I spent 3 hours there, plus the comments from the pedicure that I have very short nails, that when I paint them I put my finger tips on, etc. They were just not very professional. The whole situation was finally softened by Anastazja, who offered a foot and hand massage, but I left them with pieces of paraffin on my legs and hands. In addition, the prices on the website do not match those on the site, nail painting was to be included in the price of the whole procedure, and I had to pay extra for it. It's a shame, I will think twice before my next visit, I am sure I will never again meet with a pedicure lady Iza or Eliza.
