Hello, I recommend the shop, efficient and fast service, reliable good prices of parts, the service knows what it is doing and does it on time, good contact with the customer 😀
I have already bought another bike here. Cool, professional service. Rather medium and high-end accessories. Good service, but long terms in the summer (the result of a good service). In my opinion, prices for service and accessories are rather higher than average. Prices for bikes are rather good. I always got something extra when shopping. I definitely recommend it.
waiting times for a bicycle service are - to put it mildly - not very serious. I signed up in mid-May, I was promised contact after about two weeks, and on August 28th I received a gracious e-mail that I could bring my bike. Thank you, I will not use it - fortunately, there are other bicycle services in Łódź that treat customers more seriously. If I had run my business this way, I'd have gone with my bags long ago. I only put one star because it is not possible to put a zero.
Plus for professional and patient advice / customer service - my son is happy with the choice of a nice Trek. I recommend :)
Big and huge thanks for helping me change the 26 inch rear wheel. During a trip around Poland, the hoop broke. When changing the inner tube, I was able to safely store the panniers. The crowd of customers implies that the service is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!!!
