The opinion applies to the website: I am not satisfied with the work of the KROSS website because: A) expensive, PLN 100 for checking the screws is a bit much - service 30 and 60 days from purchase. Apparently I know better and cheaper ones, but they don't have a KROSS license B) lack of accuracy, the quick-closing mechanism on the front wheel is closed with too much pressure, the wheel is not working properly and the disc is constantly rubbing in the caliper. Not noticed by the service technician when issuing. C) as above, the list of things to check was the tires. The service technician did not provide any comments, despite the fact that the rear tire has dents in the tires - scuffed, torn blocks on the tire. Only when I reported to the lady from the store that after 60 days it should not look like this, I heard that it was the fault of driving on the sidewalk. I called the store / service that I was not satisfied with the service, I heard that it would be passed to the service technician. No - "sorry, please come right away, we'll fix it", "sorry, [and an attempt to diagnose the problem and suggest a solution]", only "OK, we will pass the attention to the service technician". Was it noticed upon receipt at the site? No. When you pay for something, you recognize that it should be done well, especially in "ASO KROSS". The girl on the way just noticed that something was rubbing. The whole situation is so funny for me because - I asked why the price of the website is more expensive than the maximum price given on the KROSS website. I heard that "because the bike was purchased on the Internet. It is not known how it was assembled. Are the pedals installed incorrectly. Do the cables pass well. Because you know - sometimes people will do that, that you have to cut it later." What came to be - the wheel rubs the shield. That's funny;)
