Hello, I asked for a mathematics textbook and a set of tasks with an extended profile. At home, my daughter noticed that we had received a basic profile. An extended profile was counted on the bill for the set of tasks.
I applied for a week on Saturday because I work late during the week to exchange these textbooks. I was immediately asked bluntly which seller served me, I was unpleasantly surprised by this question, because I have a purchase receipt and I don't have to remember it. I was instructed that I should check what was sold to me, I replied that it was the seller's responsibility to sell the right product. In response, I was refused a return and even exchanged for the correct manuals. The cost of this mistake is PLN 74. It is not a small amount. In general, the service was very rude, not to say rude. I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.
I definitely do not recommend it. Inability to contact the bookstore - nobody answers the phone. The parcel did not arrive on time - as a result, the child did not receive a birthday present.
Contact with the bookstore is impossible. It is impossible by phone, they do not reply to the e-mail. I bought the book through the Allegro portal, until I started a discussion, no one would write back. The delivery date was estimated at 6-8.10, I finally got the book on 13.10 (probably only thanks to Allegro's interference), and the book is damaged. I do not recommend and even advise against shopping in this bookstore.
I have to SORRY because I wrote a scrap of reviews because I couldn't get through and no one answered my e-mail, but I was sent the missing CD ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND SORRY
I advise against if someone is going to buy books with delivery. Despite the fact that I live in the same city as the shop, I paid immediately and I wait a week for the books. Additionally, there is no possibility of telephone contact
