Good books in resonable prices
Total amateur when it comes to customer service. I ordered the goods on 03/01, and on 04/01 I received information that they do not have stock and I have to provide the account number for the refund. So far, the money has not been returned despite my intervention (I only received an e-mail that it will be returned within a few working days) I do not understand why I should ask for my money, since the transaction was not completed due to the fault of the store. From the opinions I can see that I am not the only "accident" when it comes to this treatment. I strongly advise against shopping in this store. I will have to report the matter to the police and the Office of Consumer Protection.
Contrary to appearances, I give a positive opinion. The parcel arrived in 2 days, I accidentally ordered two games instead of one - in fact, contact with the store was somewhat difficult, but I managed to return the game and got a refund. Indeed, the shipment of the order was delayed, but I received information that it was due to the fact that some elements of the order were not added from the warehouse. We agreed to ship without one item, the order was delivered by courier and the return was made very quickly.
I think that the store is very busy before Christmas. it would be better for all of us if we were a little more human for ourselves.

I advise against. I ordered toys for children for Christmas on November 16. After many e-mails and phone calls, the package was sent to me after 2 weeks. I did not receive one ordered item because they did not have stock. To this day, I cannot ask for a refund of my money. The case is reported where necessary, I hope that the relevant services will deal with these scammers.
