I ordered a cake with a fixed weight of 1.2 kg, max 1.5 kg, on delivery it turned out to be 1.9 kg; I did not want to accept the cake, the service offered a small discount. Faced with the fact and due to lack of time for another purchase, I was forced to accept a cake that was much too large. The question is why a specific order is saved, and then the customer is forced to pick up and pay for what the confectioner has managed to do?
It used to be a solid pastry shop, now I do not recommend it.
cake made to order TRAGEDIA !!!! What I found on delivery did not resemble what I found with you when you ordered! Additionally, the patisserie service tried to chew on me for the confectioner's confection! In their opinion, the customer placed the order imprecisely so he got an ugly cake! Or maybe the employees do not want to sign up to write down exactly what the client is asking for ??? It is a pity when I buy in Żychlin I am always happy!

Very tasty products, terrible service. There is one young saleswoman working there who always criticizes that man is shopping too little and that he spent too little money in a pastry shop (!). As long as this lady works there I recommend other teddy bear confectioneries, but certainly not this one.
