I was in August with Gandalf travel in Makarska :) It was really extra, everything was properly prepared and according to plan :) Great resident, delicious food and professional drivers. Despite the devastation of the coaches, the organizers rose to the occasion and safely transported us to Poland. I highly recommend the office because I was already in Makarska from another one and Gandalf Travel was so much better :)

Thank you for a nice holiday in Makarska, it was great thank you Mrs. Klaudi for professional and nice and great trips she organized for us. Beautiful surroundings with beautiful views of the Biokowo mountains, it was great and I will definitely go back there. Good location of the villa where we had accommodation, super clean, friendly service, best regards and we will use your travel agency again.

My experience with this office is tragic. A few years ago I was at the youth camp in Makarska. Already at the beginning it turned out that the whole camp has 14 people, although during the purchase we were told that the whole bus would be full ... Yes, it was, but people with private holidays bought. The coach broke down on the way, we had to wait 7 hours until the next one, for 4 hours because we were a minor (17 years old) we were not allowed to leave the bus, the air conditioning did not work, the heat ... Rooms without air conditioning, double beds ... Is this how you run a youth camp? I would like to add that one trip did not take place even though it was included in the price of the trip. The quality of the meals also left a lot to be desired. The owner of the office, Ms Agnieszka G, showed a great lack of professionalism, the office's position regarding the inconvenience was even brazen. They offered a low-value voucher for the next vacation with them (because they knew well that we would no longer use their services). In summary - I sincerely advise against.

Thanks to Gandalf Travel, we had the most wonderful holiday in Makarska. Punctual coach, great drivers, professional resident Mrs. Klaudia, villa Bijela, clean room with a view of the sea. Great owners who helped us a lot when our daughter had a foot injury. Thank you and best regards 😘
