I warn everyone against these scammers! They park an old car and then with a flashlight (!) Look for scratches that have already been there! (Seeing on monitoring that the knowledge that a given vehicle has some flaws there - they need an excuse for compensation) Pay attention to the smallest defects (even 1-2 cm scratches) - because we believe the company is based on extorting payments from customers for existing scratches. Do not take the vehicle even if it has a 1 cm scratch. They give a car with an empty tank and pay attention to it. Sincerely? I'm in shock, they called me about work. The recruiting old woman started the conversation in such an unpleasant way that my hands fell off and I ended the discussion with the simpleton. The company should be ashamed. Friends were renting a car and a real hustler. and in addition, people working for punishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS TO ANYONE

A nightmarish employer, a very stiff atmosphere and an employee. Nobody cares about vehicles, the car fleet is empty, employees do not know where and what are the features on the car.

Well - I can only add a few words of criticism. Well, yes - ARSEN rental are matchstick and combinators. I suggest avoiding them not only through direct car rental but also through a replacement car from an insurance company. They released a car with broken wipers. After agreeing, they agreed that I could replace the wipers by taking the invoice on them. I did so too. Unfortunately, with the return of the car, there was no question of refund for the wipers. In addition, the company provides contact phone numbers on the contract but contacts others and calls after 22.

I ordered a car, on the day of receipt I found out that the company could not make it available. I lost valuable time and money for the workers arranged for loading.
