I have been using TanieAuto24 services for 3 years. Before them, I had contact with two rental companies, so I have a comparison. I am an ordinary person who wants to rent a car several times a year. I have never encountered disrespect or some inappropriate behavior towards me. Everything is always done professionally. I have never received a broken car and I have had many. The prices are really suitable for everyone. The fleet of cars is very large, you can choose something for yourself. Delivery and collection of the car always as agreed, I never waited for the car. Nobody ever tried to charge me for any extra costs. The owners and employees approach the client with respect and professionalism, and probably everyone counts on it. Without hesitation, I can 100% recommend TanieAuto24 rentals to everyone.
The car is disinfected and clean. The service is very professional and friendly, both when renting a car and when returning. Especially Mr. Mateusz. The hotline service is also very professional. Very affordable, I will definitely use your services more than once!
My friend and I rented a car, after returning it, we realized that we had left sunglasses there worth over PLN 250, my friend immediately made a phone call to the rental shop and made an appointment with the sister to come for the glasses. My sister picked up these glasses on purpose and got some miserable similar looking glasses, it's obvious that the people working there tried to cheat her. So far, we can not ask for the return of these glasses, dim service and deceive that someone will call you there and call back, now we heard that according to the regulations, they do not take responsibility for left things. I advise against this rental
The best rental company in Łódź. Incredibly large selection in cars. Cars neat, clean, pampered, you can not really fault anything. Everyone will find something suitable for themselves, be it for a family or a representative car for a business meeting. Prices for a boat also reasonable. The location and access are also comfortable. You can always agree individually about the car and the rental time. The company is very flexible in this respect.
