Sent a car full of dents. Expensive. Useless website. Wrong billing and sent someone to pickup the car 4 hours before it was due.
Good price ,,, negotiate where to drop off car
Approximately 45 minutes late when picking up the car is not the biggest disadvantage of this rental company. The car is in good condition, clean. When buying additional insurance from an intermediary, there was no problem when returning the car.
Unfortunately, within a month of returning the car, the deposit was not refunded.
There was also no report on the handover of the vehicle and confirmation of the deposit, i.e. basic documents.
The waiting time for an interview with a consultant is about 10 minutes. Only the fourth consultant stated that there was probably a problem in their payment system instead of trying to convince me that it was a problem with my bank.
Comparing to other rental companies, this one is the worst so far.
It is not possible to pick up 15 minutes early because the flight was delayed by 30 minutes and we always use local time.

I am generally satisfied with the services of car rental, it was brought home, picked up from outside the house, I only had to clean up inside, which is obvious. And most importantly, I didn't have to wash the car in the car wash. I strongly recommend it
Thieves, simply. The receiving car invented features that were previously completely new. They force you to sign a damage report, although you are not the culprit. Problem with payment for additional insurance. Massacre.
