The phone from the office in Łódź is answered by an unpleasant and, as it turns out, incompetent type. I say I want to re-register the car. He directs to a certain Mr. Janusz W, gives his cell phone. Janusz W. gives the hotline number. There I am directed to an employee in Warsaw (place of the current vehicle registration). An employee from Wwa refers to ... a branch in Łódź (telephone number 1).
