Unfortunately, but the people who are hiring there are rock bottom. You can see that some people like to smoke, and may even be under the influence of alcohol. The quality of service is a disaster, a lot of waiting, despite the fact that my car was dirty anyway. Of course, the people who work there are rude, rowdy and do not correct what is shown to them.
Over PLN 200 down the drain. If the management of the company likes to waste money on idlers, it's okay, but I also lost money for not taking proper care of my car.
The car is cleaned thoroughly, the service is very nice! unfortunately the waiting time prevailed over the evaluation. During the scheduled appointment for 1 hour of cleaning, it turned out to be 3, but I was not even informed by phone about the delay. After 2.5 hours of no response, I came to pick up the car, but I had to spend another half an hour in the waiting room.
I am very dissatisfied. I gave the car to detailing. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with detaling. Car not thoroughly cleaned, seats not washed. I do not recommend!!!
I gave them two chances. Very poorly. The car is not thoroughly dusted, there are stains on the windows, shoe marks on the upholstery are not even rubbed with a rag. I understand that it is cheap, but I would prefer to pay 50 PLN more and have a properly performed service. I absolutely do not recommend it. I will get a better effect with a vacuum cleaner at a gas station, for real. It does not make sense.
I used the car wash today - washing and cleaning. I assess the quality and duration of the service at max 5 stars. The car is thoroughly washed and worn, and inside ... all problematic nooks are thoroughly dusted and not like in a competitive cable washer with a brush, only compressed air plus a vacuum cleaner. C5 shines like new !!! Nice and very helpful service. What more could you want? That not everyone would believe this opinion, because the queues will be kilometer 😜 I RECOMMEND !!!
