A certificate of good conduct sent to the wrong address. Obvious typo in rewriting the address on the envelope. At the post office, they cannot deliver the parcel due to the lack of the given parcel number and the wrong address. During the phone call to the court, the lady stated that I must have misspelled the address or wrote it indistinctly. I ignore the fact that I have not even been apologized for the situation where the error is clearly on the court's side. But I am wondering about another thing. Where is the protection of personal data? An incorrectly sent parcel with all my personal data is sent to people at a different address, who (fortunately) returned the parcel back to the post office. Who is responsible for it? Who should protect personal data if not a court? Next case. When submitting an application for a certificate of good conduct, you pay for the issuance of the document and you do not even get the tracking number to be able to locate this parcel. The attitude of the people in court leaves much to be desired. No professionalism, and the culture is just like the market. Shame.

I am a deeply religious person. I have just read the justification for the deprivation of parental authority by the SSR Joanna Łukaszewicz - for ten years I have been trying to get the opportunity to raise and care for my own son - the judge is the quintessence of the pathology of the Polish justice system - family judiciary. I hope that she and her family will bear the consequences of her judgments up to the third point - for the destruction of an innocent child. I was conceived in virginity too.
