Quick but unsatisfactory. Poor development

I honestly do not recommend it. The man who took the photos has no approach to the client, he did not listen to what photo he wanted. "You don't do that." Agree, certainly not to me. I will never go back there. I'll do somewhere else as expected. I went in because it was on the way. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Despite the fact that I informed your photographer that I do not like the photos and will definitely not use them in my CV, the Lord added up the price and asked me to wait for the printout. After leaving, I threw the photos to the cost outside. Previously, I took pictures at a photographer's in another city, hence the decision to go to a photographer who is untested.

A very nice place. Pleasant music plays. The man who works inside is very polite and funny. While photographing me several times, he joked well, which raised my spirits. I took 8 photos on a stay card for 35zl. Everything is beautiful, pleasant and professional! I will come again

Defeat. I heartily advise against I went in from the street because I had to take a picture quickly and it was my mistake. You have definitely stayed in the previous century when it comes to technology and customer service. Price list inadequate to the quality of services. What I am able to do much better and faster in a different salon for 15, - I got you for almost 40 in hopeless quality. "In addition, a paid retouch at a minimum of PLN 5" is the worst retusza I had in my photos, and I have done them a lot lately (the first time I paid extra for this type of service ...). "In addition, paid for sending a photo by email" - in other salons is a standard and it often happened to me that the photographer himself proposed options of this type WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS. Here I paid for the email, which probably will never reach me, even though the lady sent it twice - because it takes at least an hour to get it, it is known. I managed to ask for a photo on the album, although it somehow did not make my life much easier, because the albums in 2019 are also going to the past. The picture on the record is so dramatic that I do not have words. I changed the resolution to the standard one, which made the bad picture once again lost its quality. "Professionals". I do not mind paying the professionals well and maybe those 40 PLN would not hurt me so much, but what I got in this salon is an undersized sell with stains under the "retouch" in the wrong resolution. Of course, I did not receive the receipt. :(
