A frivolous company, because you cannot speak of professionalism here. Although the product was available on the website, it turned out later that it is not there. The company does not feel to be informed about the situation by phone. after 10 days of waiting for the order, a phone call was made to the company with a question about our order, an employee of the company said that his colleague sent @ on this matter to us (there was no e-mail), I informed the employee that we also sent them @ asking when it would be completed order (of course @ they did not receive it). I do not recommend this company because they do not even feel like apologizing for a mistake made on the website and a waste of the client's time waiting for something that is not there ....

Great customer approach! In another photo shop, the seller did not even come out to me, but sat behind the counter and pressed the most expensive options. Here, after entering the warehouse, the seller immediately approached me and answered every question. The transaction was quick and easy, the goods are available immediately. As soon as I need photo equipment, I know where to go! :)
