The best gym in Łódź! Spacious, lots of exercise equipment. This is how a modern and decent fitness club should look like. Large area, lots of equipment. Really cool and friendly place. Until you want to exercise. It is a pity that a break now is necessary due to the coronavirus.

An intimate place, professionally conducted classes, a lot of equipment, unfortunately dirty, and the exercise mats are very worn and damaged. For your own comfort, I recommend bringing your own.

Competent, friendly trainers, great TRX classes. Less spins and lans than other fitness clubs. The place is hidden a bit off the beaten track, but it positively surprises!
