I have been a student of Yoga Centrum for 14 years. This place is a real oasis of relaxation and rest for me. Under the supervision of wonderful and professional teachers: Beata, Jola, Tomek, Leszek, whom I personally attend the most, you can find a sense of balance in your body and mind. I believe that for "these crazy times" there is no better springboard than yoga. I heartily recommend it to everyone !!!
By the way, I would like to inform you that my private account has been hacked. My previous one-star review of Yogi Centrum School was not generated by me. I am outraged by this fact and at the same time please be careful with your accounts !!! Trolls do exist !!!
The best place for Iyengar Yoga (and not only) in Łódź! Experienced teachers and a great base. Everyone come here!
A wonderful place, full of good energy, while walking here for so many years, I get all the best from this place, a great atmosphere and I recommend it to all who want to practice yoga with professional teachers 👍🙏🙏
A warm, friendly place. There is a choice of activities and the opportunity to rest before and after practice. The interior is clean and nicely decorated. Encourages :)
Unfortunately, the strange rules regarding the tickets mean that I will look for another place. The pass is valid only in a given calendar month, so if during this time there is a vacation, business trip or I'm worried that I will not be able to attend all classes, so as not to lose money, I have to give up the entire month. This solution is only for school owners.
