Super atmospheric place with a friendly atmosphere. Perfect location. Properly arranged for this type of interior. High, spacious, warm and clean. Instructors with extensive experience and knowledge in the field of rehabilitation. Pleasantly and carefully conducted classes. Professional equipment. I felt calm, safe and left in a great mood. An additional star for a wide range of classes and instructors. You can also enjoy a massage. The school often organizes interesting workshops. I think that everyone will find something for themselves and I sincerely recommend it because it is in my opinion the best yoga school in Lodz.

My favorite place to practice yoga, a cozy and family atmosphere, the instructors make sure that we perform exactly the positions and the school is in the center. I would highly recommend!
