Unprofessional service, multiple (!) Mistakes in the engraving on rings, first pretending that the problem does not exist, then the attempt to say "yes it must be, everything is done perfectly". The whole story below: We were looking for wedding rings made of white palladium gold. We got to A & A on ul. Piotrkowska 60. Initially, everything seemed great - the lady assured us that they would make wedding rings in the width we wanted (non-standard, one narrow - 2.5mm) that the color would be uniform, because the wedding ring would not be rhodium-plated, that the engraver would be like we want. When ordering, the man from the service incorrectly read the size of the wedding ring for the fiancé, I knew my size by myself. Then there was a series of attempts to collect wedding rings. Unfortunately, always unsuccessful due to product defects: - one ring is too large - A & A changed the selected font without any consultation with us. The fonts could not be improved because the wedding band is supposedly too narrow, we were not told that it was a problem when ordering - mistake in the engraving: bad year - typo in an engraver (in a popular and simple name!) - a clearly visible soldering line - a lighter strip that passes through the entire width of the rings, inside and outside. Here a very big downside for the service, because both advisers of the client pretended that they did not see it and refused to forward the wedding rings to the next amendment. We took the A & A rings to show to another jeweler who was very surprised by the soldering line and assured us that on a properly made wedding band should not be visible or should not be at all (with a different, more modern wedding ring technique). We give 2/5 only because when we once again went to A & A, the manager gave us money without any problems (still maintaining that the product is made "perfectly" and in accordance with the order). The wedding rings were finally ordered from another jeweler, where they were cheaper, much better made and with a lifetime guarantee. We do not recommend A & A.
