I walked into this store today and I was really nicely surprised by the welcoming and very friendly attitude towards me from staff working here, from the moment I opened the door ☺️. The service they provide and the amazing knowledge they share about their products and jewellery in conversation with clients are just spot on ! Even if you just pottering around the shop , looking at things , not really knowing what you want or looking for , you do get impression that your questions will be answered, your doubts disappear and that you will find something for yourself or someone you love as a gift and make this Christmas special 😌. I call this - real Christmas spirit ! And that is one of the things which makes this store different from others ! The way , the people who work here approche you and talk with you makes you feel special and for that I'm very thankful because in the end of the day , good business practice is a virtue and too many shops seem to forget about it . I was also amazed by the assortment they have in store ! So many things to chose from : gold , silver , incredible polish amber just to mention few . The choice is incredible . But what is most important , all products are one of a kind and unique and if you are a woman like me , you know how important it is for us 😊 Let the Christmas come even if with a face mask 😊. By the way , this store follows the covid-rules so all staff wear face coverings and hand gel is accessible for clients . It is neat and clean place in the heart of Lodz . I cannot give more than 5 stars because the scales allows only for 5 but I do absolutely recommend this store if you ever visit this great city of Poland .

An exquisite jewelry store. Patient, kind and above all professional service. An individual approach to the client, professional knowledge and very good prices of products. The store is very well equipped - a large selection of beautiful jewelry. I once had the pleasure to buy a wonderful necklace there, which is used until now, I am delighted with it. I sincerely and happy to recommend the salon and service. Amazing selection of diamond jewelry and wedding rings. I bought my engagement ring two years ago and now I have earrings for my wedding anniversary. Of course also the wedding rings. Mr. Remigiusz, who is a professional, created a pattern of wedding rings for us, which pleased us because we had a problem with the fiancée to find a compromise on their choice. Not to mention attractive prices ... I recommend it from the heart.
