There were 4 service ladies in the room, zero other customers, and NONE paid any attention to me. Apparently I didn't look like the person who would buy something. I was coming and going.

Helpful staff, but only until you buy it. After-sale below criticism. I was assured that in case of problems with the size of the ring, it would be easy to replace it. However, when we wanted to replace it with a smaller size, we found that this was not possible as the tag was torn off. The lady of course stated that I had to be informed about it, even though it was not so. When asked if the ring could be reduced then, we were told that it was also not possible due to the specificity of the ring. Of course, the first real jeweler said that it was easy to reduce it and everything was arranged within 24 hours. It is a pity that the shop staff did not show any willingness to help. I strongly advise against any purchases.

The service is not only rude but also unprofessional. Maybe for me it is only strange that when a couple comes after the engagement and wants to exchange the ring for a smaller one, the girl does not necessarily want to know the price of the ring. For me it is obvious, but after giving the price, the lady was surprised that I did not know her.
