We ordered a Hawaiian pizza through uber, in the application there was an offer you order one pizza, the other you get for free without any details, unfortunately we only received one. After we called the restaurant, we received a reply that it was necessary to indicate two pizzas in the order, but during the conversation it turned out that the promotion was generally distributed only on the popular pizza, but there was no such information in the restaurant tab. The lady with whom we were talking was not behaving nicely, the conversation did not make them feel responsible, only you said on the phone that it was our problem and it was necessary to place the order correctly. We hoped the conversation was over, but unfortunately not. A courier called us and gave us the wrong address, it seemed to us that the restaurant decided to rectify the situation, but in vain. We gave the correct address, the supplier came to us and found out that we would have to pay for the pizza and for the shipping cost. We explained the whole situation to the courier why we would not pay, the Lord understood everything, there were no problems with it. In a few minutes the same lady from the restaurant will call us and she has a grudge against us, because we ordered another pizza and we don't want to pick it up (we didn't order any pizza after the first phone call) I don't know what happened there, it was some other order and you made a mistake in using our number instead of the customer's consecutive number, but her behavior is a tragedy. She said we were joking with her and when she heard we would leave a bad review we received in response that we would also get a bad review on our phone number. Massacre, the Lady behaved as if she were having a conversation with her colleagues. Terrible service, nothing like this has ever happened to us. I work in restaurant service myself and I know that such situations cannot happen, this approach to customers is unacceptable.

The food was delivered on time and that is the only positive. The food is dry, rubbery, as if reheated several times. The fries look unappetizing, greasy, the strips are coated hard, hard to chew. The taste leaves much to be desired. I am sorry that I have to give such a bad grade, because it was the first time I ordered a meal from you and unfortunately the last one. I was hoping for a really good breaded chicken.

I'm dissapointed. I ordered food not only that I paid PLN 9 for delivery, I waited 1.5 hours and the pizza arrived cold. If I hadn't paid in advance you would have had a refund. Last time I ate at your place.

Fries with skin, chicken dry and not too fresh, the hamburger saved a kilo of sauce (I wanted one, I got 2 sauces and it was all floating).

I do not recommend the order at all, the second part of the order arrived after an hour, not the fault of the supplier, but the lady who took the order, because she forgot about the second course
