I have been using this clinic for many years. However, the last visit to Dr. Świątek Adam made me amazed. Some "doctor" maybe one day he will be a doctor. I felt like I came to a plastic surgeon to assess my appearance. I am at such an age that I don't have to do anything and I never wanted to have to. But since you gave me the documents to fill, you should know that I can also write an opinion (without glasses). I will say that the application you submitted to the National Health Fund was well filled in only in part written by me, the rest in the bin (even without glasses). I won't say what's going on, because it's your job. Showing behind my back to a cheerful gentleman in registration means that you have not grown out of shorts. And while you were still wearing them, students came to me, even to the Medical Academy, to work on my physical skills and earn some extra money for my student's financial needs. They remember me to this day, which is why I was probably detached from reality. The Lord has given me the right perspective. Grade 1 for graduation, but a long way to go. Work on your empathy and culture.

I have been using rehabilitation in this plant for several years and I was satisfied, but once I got to dr, Adam and the spell, the doctor gave me a questionnaire during the visit because he is overworked and in addition he gave me two treatments: head lifting with load and pelvic suspension. on the loin, sciatica leg and at the same time I have a spinal cord from these suspensions, I gave up myself because I felt that these procedures are not for me, At the next visit I changed the doctor's physiotherapist and told about previous treatments prescribed by dr. holidays, it turned out that they were not on my card and what else can I add?
