He diagnosed (pointed out) the cause of malfunctioning of two out of six heaters in 45 minutes. And the previous 2 companies unfortunately could not do it.

Mr. plumber is very unprofessional. Not only that he forgets that he had to call back and arrange a repair date (he will still understand). That when he arranged an hour of repair from 10 to 12 he wrote a text at 14:00 that he would be late and soon announced that he would not come. The whole weekend of waiting for the Lord and such disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
