Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Resi4Rent. Strange orders and prohibitions, there was a moment when couriers were afraid to enter the estate because the security was chasing people. Internet on the eve of the second lockdown, a huge exchange for an open and unsecured wifi network. It will not be possible to connect a printer or TV because the designed infrastructure is old and will not support it. When asked about the security of such a network - “please connect to the open network”. Hands drop, when asked if they would feel comfortable logging into the open network, e.g. to a bank, I got the answer that I can always buy my own internet. There is, unfortunately, a delicate "crossover" with reality. Maybe Resi's daily activities do not interfere, but because of such decisions, I can start throwing away the equipment I bought for my apartment. Also, putting people against the wall makes living uncomfortable. Plus for the location of the estate. Ladies in the local office, no reservations so far.

I have good memories of this place, nice neighborhood and in a good place. Ladies from the office very nice, Mrs. Emilka was very helpful and nice. Regards the team.

We chose the flat because of the trouble-free acceptance of pets. We are delighted with the standard and location. From the very beginning we feel at home here, and the cats are delighted. The flat is bright and warm and the estate is quiet. The price is not low, but we do not regret the decision.

The location, in my opinion, is very good because it is almost the center (close to the Źródliska Park, OFFa and the Gallery). The apartments are nicely decorated, but there are a lot of shortcomings, such as: scratches on the walls and in the folded wardrobe, stains on the kitchen door and the front door, or a skirting board that changes place. The company reportedly reported the stain problem to the contractor, but the matter died down. The estate is generally peaceful and quiet, except for barking dogs. Young couples and singles are the most numerous group here. Despite the assurances and advertisements with catchy slogans about creating a house, I personally do not feel a nice, local atmosphere here. Mainly it is a matter of people who are very rough here. Personally, I am annoyed and amused by the issue of parking cars on the sidewalks. There is no reaction from residents to e-mails from the community about towing cars that block the fire road. Cleaning is done daily and you can see it has been improved. When it comes to full service ("from internet to technical support") it is standard for me (internet 40, ground station). The entire office treats clients with respect and try to handle any problem as much as possible. Generally not sensational and better than the average housing estate.
