Pathetic store service. I ordered the shoes personally with delivery to the store, they came not what they should, and when they finally sent the right ones after a week, the service refused to hand over the goods to me due to the lack of a surgical mask on my face, despite the fact that, according to the law, my mouth and nose were covered. When I referred to my rights, the shop staff informed me that I should have a mask because "he likes it so much". Complete arrogance towards the client, amateurism and a show of embarrassment, contempt and disrespect towards the client and the law. Of course, I haven't bought and won't buy any shoes, since Jack Wolfskin treats its customers this way!

great store because: 1) Mr. Karol and all the staff - professionalism, insight, sense of humor, honest professorship, and advice !!! 2) goods corresponding to the prices, 3) prices adequate to the goods, and what a loophole, after all, we're going on a trip ... shop for a medal

My favorite style of dress is solid products and the prices are not so high Now a lot of reductions I think it's better to buy something good here and spend a little more than somewhere else cheaper and have problems I bought Converses for 350 and only 1season, I bought shoes here at the same price and I have been wearing them for over a year, even the whole winter because it was weak and they will last six months so I'm impressed
