Terrible shop ... They do not accept the complaint after a short time of use, the shoes are not suitable for wearing, the shoes for PLN 320 are cracked, the paint has gone off the inscription from one shoe, it was found that these are normal signs of use and you can continue to wear them ... now the shoes look two different .. Embarrassing, I do not recommend avoiding a wide berth!

They sell poor quality shoes. I bought new shoes from this store, after 2 weeks they broke. The shop of course rejected the complaint ....

Forget about accepting the complaint. How can you mechanically damage a shoe from the inside🤔, or even both shoes🙃, you can immediately see that poor material

After 3 weeks of purchase, the shoe punctured at the seam. The complaint was not taken into account, of course, because I did not secure the footwear with a special agent - it is a pity that the Lady who considered the complaint did not see that the above-mentioned agent was even placed on the receipt, so I do not know where such conclusions came from. Asking for an opinion from the Consumer Ombudsman, an employee told me that it was a pity for her work because I would not jump in because of the shop's regulations. I do not recommend. They do everything out of grace for fun. The problem is to ask for the size of the shoe, and I will not mention the circuses with a complaint. In my life I will not return to this store and I also warn my friends against buying in your store. It is a pity money to buy shoes that will fall apart in less than a month.
