I would like to change the stereotype regarding negative opinions about unrecognized complaints. I advertised NIKE AIR MAX 200 shoes, cushion cracked air shoes one year in use. Complaints were found store staff helpful and very nice, shoes replaced with new ones

Complaints are considered by the store on its own. In both shoes the sole has been cracked, an obvious manufacturing defect (not to mention three additional local unstuckings). The store has a customer somewhere. I do not recommend. And if I did not visit the store myself after the time to consider the complaint, I would not know the decision, because the store does not deign to send any information.

The complaint rejected once again with the reason of mechanical damage to the shoe, I would like to remind you that there is no such thing when it comes to complaints, and when it comes to the man who saw these shoes it wishes him luck in life because I see that even such a simple matter as a visual inspection of the shoe is for him a problem and after 4 days of submitting the complaint I already had a reply :)) I do not recommend buying shoes in this store unless for little money.

They reject complaints as it flies, giving absurd arguments: "The damage occurred during use in a mechanical way" s z o k i n i e d o w i e r z a n i e; "material damage is a result of inappropriate shoe size selection" XD. Shoes that I wore for about 4 months, worn in many places, are only fit to be thrown away. Apparently that's the company's policy. They reject all complaints as it goes on, because few customers will want to argue. TRAGEDY
