Increddible mural of pianist Rubbenstain.

Murals in Łódź have been created for years, incl. as part of the Urban Forms Gallery Festival. The work of Eduardo Kobra, an artist from Brazil, is one of the most recognizable murals in Łódź. It was painted in 2014 in a highly exposed place, on the wall of a revitalized tenement house at 18 Sienkiewicza Street. The mural is a portrait of the outstanding pianist Artur Rubinstein, who was born and raised in Łódź.

Another work under the aegis of Urban Forms - a mural with Artur Rubinstein. Thanks to such initiatives, the city becomes more interesting, art goes out onto the streets and Łódź becomes a world-famous city of murals, a city of street art.

Mural with Rubinstein! :) The author is Brazilian Eduardo Kobra. The mural was created in 2014. The painting was created to commemorate the outstanding pianist Artur Rubinstein from Łódź. The mural is located opposite the philharmonic building. Interestingly, the portrait is made on the basis of a real 1950 Rubinstein photo. I recommend, it's worth seeing! :)

Thanks to Urban Forms, art literally took to the streets, giving the Lodz community the opportunity to get acquainted with the works of artists from around the world. This mural of Brazilian Eduardo Kobry in a characteristic kaleidoscopic style perfectly animates our gray Lodz.
