1. Most lecturers demonstrate competence and interest. 2. Nice and conciliatory employees, provided you show respect and manners. 3. A modest, but clean and well-kept university building. 4. Students calm and not looking for a dispute. Summing up, a peaceful and safe university.

The faculty I graduated from. After modernizing and adding a new building, it looks great, I remember the gray building from the 90s. There are many benches in front of the faculty, you can sit down and rest for a while.
