Worth seeing 👍 come or come by bike, fortunately, there is no direct access by car. The long, impressive history of the bridge can be read on the boards on the posts. The view of the river and the magnificent ...... 😃

The map shows the route to the railway bridge incorrectly. We left the area around the southern zone and led us through the city through Modrzyce and then the plots and embankment through the grass to the knees under the bridge (literally under the bridge) route tragedy. Google map should not have such a route at all.

What does the monument restorer ask me? Is such an institution still functioning? Protect the Central Station in Warsaw and let here destroy the true testimony of the Second World War. This route had an unusual atmosphere but only as a railway route and unfortunately it will not come back. There was no need to invest millions to save this route. It was enough to renovate the bridge and run e.g. draisine rentals. I sometimes like to do long bicycle routes myself, but I do not support the current trend of rolling the railways where it pays off and shifting transport to the roads. So much is said about ecology and traffic jams and at the same time instead of supporting subsidies, the railway eliminates it.
