The practice of family doctor Marcin Kierkus should either change the staff or the rules of taking care of their patients. I signed up to this clinic some time ago suggesting a great opinion about Dr. Kierkus, but I was very disappointed. You can't ask for anything. I am pregnant and I wanted to ask the doctor for a referral to the basic results (I pay ZUS, so do I think I should?), However, the staff did not even want to register for the doctor for the sake of pregnancy, so they offered to do it in absentia and it turned out I did not receive a referral and had to do the results privately. Another stalemate happened to me when I got sick and needed to consult a family doctor because it was still during pregnancy. Unfortunately, Dr. Kierkus was on vacation at the time and the doctor, who I believe was being replaced by a person from the registration, did not want to register me for a specific time and persistently sent me to a gynecologist who I think is not obliged to fly with a stethoscope and know about bronchitis or sex. GYNECOLOGY IS FROM GYNECOLOGICAL MATTERS !!! so if Marcin Kierkus's clinic does not want to issue referrals not related to the opinion of a family doctor, why are the staff of this clinic sending me to a gynecologist to determine if I have bronchitis ??? !!!! the second suggestion was coming to the clinic in the morning and waiting among sick people for a kind decision whether the doctor would see me or not. Of course, the lady from the registration strongly discouraged this idea, and the question until which PAni hour the doctor receives, unfortunately, I got the answer "I don't know, but in the afternoon your doctor receives your neurological patients". What kind of paranoia is it? People embrace and ask Dr. Kierkus to control his employees because I will not contact you anymore and I am forced to change this very praised family doctor's practice, which should be called "do what you want"
