Ever since I have a car (i.e. for some> 30 years) I have insured my vehicles with them. Recently, however, something has changed there, unfortunately it is a drama. I guess they have gotten so used to the excess of customers that they are starting from a template, which, like any routine, is disastrous. They did not write back even to the e-mail asking for the original third party liability policy! A few months ago, when I bought the insurance, due to the "ingenuity" of the service ladies, I was left with the third party liability insurance in my hand, although I asked for a set of OC / AC / Asistance / Szyby. Then I refrained from commenting, but when a few days ago, when buying a Green Card in connection with leaving the EU, I had to pay an additional € 20 limit because you forgot to print the list of countries covered by insurance, after returning the measuring cup changed. Embarrassment, perfect instruction on how to lose a client!
