Hotel Leśne Ustronie

A simple hotel with excellent service in a wonderful surrounding - we come here again and again because our customers appreciate it!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The booking is made with a lady from Lodz, who is not there. Upon arrival, we went to the reception desk, where no one was there, and a note stuck to the door stating that the reception desk was closed and temporarily moved to the bar ... we walked 30 minutes around the grounds and although the ladies inside saw us, no one was interested in us. Finally we went to the window and the lady said she would be waiting at the reception. When we managed to get the keys, but not at the reception, but in the kitchen, because the lady did not come, it turned out that one of the beds in the room was broken and there were a lot of bugs in the room, mainly spiders. Breakfast on the first day was great, very competent lady, we had a choice of 4 hot dishes + cold plate in 30 minutes we were already after breakfast. On the second day there was another lady, the coffee and tea were cold as if flooded with tap water, the cups were dirty, we got the bread after more than 30 minutes because the lady forgot about us, when we asked what was hot today, the lady replied that there was nothing at least that the workers living a few tables away they got sausage in the hotel ... After asking (I think) the manager what was going on, she said that we would get something hot ... We paid PLN 20 per person (PLN 80) for breakfast, after which we had to go to the city to eat another one, this is pure thievery. .. 3rd day without tragedy and no madness ... We could not hand over the keys before 11.00 because the receptionist starts working from 11.00 ... To sum up, the organization is tragic, there is 1 responsible person in the whole hotel (the blonde who prepared our breakfast on the first day), evidently, some guests in the hotel have more privileges than others ... you can see the hotel is not geared towards tourism, but rather a staff hotel ... We do not recommend it unless someone is not lies what eats and where it sleeps ...

Everything is very well organized when it comes to booking a house and a place for a fire. The friendly man from the service even lit a fire, and there was enough wood for the whole evening. Beautiful surroundings, clean houses. On the downside, there is only a lack of liquid and a sponge to wash the dishes and no waste selection.

We were a few days ago terrible old houses neglected for years without any renovation cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired bunk beds as for children, unfortunately there was no possibility of staying with the child and we had to look for something else quickly. he did not see the problem the lake is said to be fishing in the advertisement but no one saw the fish there 😉 not recommended especially for families disaster

The hotel meets my requirements, especially the surrounding nature, the wildlife to be observed in the change of the seasons! The rooms are simple, breakfast and dinner are sufficient and good!
