3 months ago we got a gate and gate from this company delivered and mounted, the look is great and material too. I think it's a pity that I have to give a negative feedback here but for 3 months we can not get in touch with the company. When the gate opens it lowers about 25 cm down, the staff have dug a shaft in our turf during assembly, now there is a lot of weeds, dirt, monstrous and water gathers, and it looks mega cheap. We have forwarded this several times by email and whatsapp but we do not get an answer. The gate is supposedly made to measure but left us right fits through a complete arm, which allows you to open the gate from the street very easy and thus can enter our property. We have reported it many times but we are being ignored. We hope to get an answer from Komabud Zaune about this way.
As you say, that's the case. The fence was doing very well in the fifth year.
