The worst service ever, completely incompetent personnel. We arrived at night, they didn't provide us with the type of the number we booked, and the admin just told that she doesn't care, and we can accept what we have, or to go to some other place (told at 4AM on the 1st Jan).

The hotel is located in a very quiet place, friendly service, but the rooms in a deplorable condition, you can see that there has been no renovation for a long time. The food is tasty but very poor
