I bought a corner. It arrived solidly packed. Two employees filed for an additional fee. After unpacking it turned out that it has a drawback. I reported the fact to the store. After a few days a letter came that I unpacked the furniture at the studio and did not report any damage. After bringing the gentlemen went. Nobody came to see what the defect looked like. They did not have photos, they just replied that there should be no complaint. There is probably no quality controller in such companies. Friendly service in the store, provided that you are buying something.
