The company has an obvious problem with answering phone calls. Today, after the first call, they called back after about 30 minutes, recommending me to make an appointment online or by phone. But I couldn't talk for long, so I cut off the conversation. I tried to call back later to find out about the newly opened room, but again had a dead phone. I finally booked this room blind online. Without noticing that it was necessary to confirm the booking from the company, I drove with my friends to the place and we bounced off the door. If only they answered the phone, I would have found out much faster, without having to go through the whole city twice and pointlessly.
Appointed with friends at 20:40, they did not answer the phone, we waited almost 30 minutes on the spot, calling the intercom and the phone, and knocking on the door. Embarrassment.
We waited 30 minutes with friends, even though it was open and we made a reservation, nobody opened us, I do not recommend it
With climate (and air conditioning 馃榾), but quite simply constructed room (sarcophagus room). This is its biggest drawback. The gameplay is based on the same puzzle used in several places. No surprises or twists. Props and decor quite badly tarnished with time. No tension building story. We've been to many better (but there were also worse)
