Incorrect opening hours are given on the bank's website and on google. As a result, I did not settle the matter, which took 10 minutes all day. Because the bank was supposed to open from 9:30. There was a note hanging under the door that the opening hours had been changed for two months and it was open from 10:30, and as you know, the senior hours from 10:00, so they will not let me into the bank. 2 months is not enough to change the website? I came for the second time after 2 p.m., there was one lady, completely unhelpful, who directed people to one consultant, who was to be busy for over an hour. Drama. Wasted: a day off, two parking tickets, time to look for a parking space. Settled matters: 0. I do not recommend it, the matter can be settled faster in other banks, there is more service and at least it will help. Not as in this case, the Lady was completely unhelpful.

I strongly advise against. They have customers somewhere. In the whole bank only one person serves, while the other employees sit in their rooms or walk between rooms around the ward. I stood in the queue 1.5 hours to be served (before I did 3 approaches on different days but I gave up seeing the queue). Despite the fact that 8 people are queuing outside, only one person is serving at all times, as for me it is a total disregard for the customer. Fortunately, this was my last visit to this bank to close my account.
