No service, three people in the sales room are not served because you have to wait! Employees clearly do not care about customer service.

This bank is a misunderstanding, they make the advised withdrawals from 2 p.m., no one knows why, only from this time, only one is always open from two cash desks, 2 people in the queue waiting time 45 minutes ... I do not recommend!

I've been waiting 40 minutes. There is 1 cash desk and 1 individual customer service point in the branch. There are 5 more people ahead of me, and so far 1 person has been served. Waiting for 2 hours. Time to change the bank. Edit: a very bad impression was softened by Mrs. Julia, who turned out to be a very nice and competent advisor. I spent an hour in the ward, but thanks to P. Julia I got the job done.

As on the Internet, everything in this bank is ok, so, unfortunately, with the employee "face to face" only problems. Although the welcome in the ward was nice, settling my case turned out to be a challenge (I didn't do anything - the rules). As I mentioned - everything is positive on the Internet, but failure on the spot. One star because I did nothing.

11 people in queue, including 3 to checkout and 8 to customer service. The ticket office is open (1 person), but there is nobody for customer service - everyone is buried
