I am writing only to find out on what basis the Lord from Ukraine found that the lady from the bank is not smiling enough for nationality reasons. Probably too far-reaching conclusions. I submitted the grade for moderation as a racist comment.

When I spoke to one employee for the first time in the left corner, it seemed to me that her day had gone wrong. After the second and third times, it looks like she simply hates Ukrainians or everyone who comes and wants something from her. Terrible harpy. The day before my wife was the same. I just lost an hour of time. The end of the relationship with the bank. And in general clean and nice at first sight.
