I have been trying to close my account for 2 months ... After the loan was repaid, insurance was to be received up to 30 days ... 2 months passed and silence ... a fee of PLN 15 was charged for running ... As for me, it's cheating on clients ...

I tried to close my account twice and they miscalculated the amount to be paid twice so that at the end of the month it was PLN 0, one dozen or so grosze too little, once too much and I have an account and they charge me PLN 15 every month. Maybe not much, but in a rude voice and therefore cannot be trusted

Absolute bottom + meter of mud. Tax offices and prosecutors are more friendly place. For every typo in the example. Insurance immediately prompted + 200 zł deleted. lots of hidden fees.

Definitely the best bank for entrepreneurs, an account, transfers, all for free, you have to pay in every other one. Deserved 5 stars.
