I am very pleased with today's service. I called the salon and got a comprehensive answer to my question right away. Later I bought a phone in the salon - everything was efficient, nice and professional. Mrs. Zuzanna served me.

This is terrible in the digital age. On the website of the CP in Opole there is a telephone number 77 45 818 which no one answers.

The service is a tragedy, especially the manager. Suitable only for grating horseradish. They cheat when selling, they do not give information. They shame about having such a manager, you avoid this salon from a distance

I am very pleased with the service, the employees helped me with the explanation of the bill and with the errors that arose when signing the contract via the hotline for which I am very grateful to them, I recommend the point and the crew.

The behavior of the crew towards the client is a massacre. Knowledge level below zero. They don't know anything, they don't want to know. One star is too much. They only spoil the reputation of Plus, which I'm happy with. I've had it for 5 years, the fewest marketing traps (although they also happen).
